Experience : 13 - 18 years preferably from the industry

Compensation : Rs.20 to 25 lakhs per annum

Role Summary :Finance Analysis & Banking, Costing, Taxation (direct & indirect, including customs, DGFT, VAT. Incentives etc.,), Project Management & Audit.

Job Description:

- Analyze and Implement appropriate business process across the organization for managing inventory, services, utilization of products etc.,

- Manage necessary documentation for cost effective and ensure legal compliance with import/export activities

- Monitor, analyse and report on the activities such as import, export, inventory management, trends etc

- Liaise with DGFT, Excise, and tax authorities and ensure meeting statutory requirement

- Coordinate and liaise with bank and financial institutions in organizing funds by analyzing the risk.

- Manage & regulate fund flow and cash flow

- Coordinate and oversee the internal and statutory audit

- Plan for new project, Floating of inquiry and receipt of Quotations & participate in negotiation to finalise vendors and oversee project execution.

- Analyse and review the commercial terms in respect of procurement & contracts and related activities

- Responsible for Monthly and yearly Procurement planning

- To advise Board and implement upon control gaps with remedial measures to ensure compliance, cost control measures and measures of process efficiency and overall commercial control of the company

- Taxation (DGFT, VAT, Duty Draw Back, Customs, Incentives)

- Optimizing the incentives, rebates without deviating the statutory norms.
