We are an Education based Company and we have our Medical university in Guyana and Zambia. We have our presence in Coimbatore -India, Mauritius, and USA. We are currently having an immediate opening for the role of Team Lead - E Learning for our office in Tidel Park, Coimbatore.

JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Develops programs for 3 primary audiences: students, employees, and partners.

2. Works closely with subject matter experts i.e. development team, academic team, product marketing, sales operations etc. to leverage core content and build effective learning programs.

3. Ability to program manage multiple complex learning projects simultaneously. Monitors activity, progress, and time related to project development using a project planning tool.

4. Designs and develops dynamic instructional interactions and simulations to create interactive, engaging course content, simulations for software, tools etc.

5. Ensures learning and performance objectives are appropriate to the audience and that the training materials meet the learning and performance objectives.

6. Performs quality assurance checks on training courses that have been developed.

7. Translates needs analysis and functional specifications into detailed course designs.

8. Use eLearning tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Brainshark, Cornerstone, WebEx to create interactive, SCORM compliant web-based training deliverables

9. Builds e-learning that is SCORM compliant and can be tracked by the LMS. Works with LMS administrator, IT or software team/vendor to resolve any technical issues with the web-based training course or its performance within the LMS.

Preferred Candidates

1. Master's degree

2. Certification on Instructional Designing

3. Experience managing a team of content developers, instructional designers, and quality assurance analyst for delivering learner centric courses
