Sales Manager
SUMMARY :
- Looking for a strong leader who will be building and manages all aspects of a sales and marketing department with complete P&L responsibility for the Sales & Marketing Units.
- As a Sales Manager, he/she will be involved in identifying areas of improvement in the business's marketing and sales strategies.
- The incumbent will be identifying opportunities and understanding the market and competitive environment and will act as unifying factor between Sales & Marketing to represent and grow the business as per the agreed plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for the sales and marketing teams target. Develop the team to its fullest potential and Develop a self managing team.
- Training the team to use the tools efficiently which are given for communication and leads management.
- Strategic role in building creative sales and marketing strategies, creates goals that comply with the attainment of the business's overall objectives and strives to meet and exceed these goals.
- Plays an analytical role in conducting research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales and marketing department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management.
- Assesses the amount of resources required by the sales and marketing department in order to achieve optimal performance.
- Leading to financial benefit for the business, identify and develop new market opportunities for the business.
- Prefer candidates with International Experience in Service Industry
