We are an International Education Consortium, looking for an experienced Director Finance or Vice President Finance to perform effectively plan and manage the organization's financial strategy. - Spearheading the Finance department and liaison with the Top Management, board members and investors - Liaison with the accounts team, external auditor for Accounts finalization and other Audit and secretarial work - Strategizing of various business activities for optimum utilization. - To support Top Management in achieving better top line and overall profitability of the company - Preparation of financial/business model and project reports for institutions like VC, Private Equity and Banks - Preparation of Various financial and MIS reports for the underlying business. - Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting of company's finances and preparation of variance analysis report. - Management and analysis of Budget on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual basis - Preparation and follow up Annual Budgeting, forecasting and its variance on monthly basis - Ensure the design of a robust data driven business-decision-making framework, technology-driven process improvements and change initiatives that enable the budgeting, forecasting and reporting to be carried out in a consistent and effective manner. - Ensure compliance with the company's policies, procedures and local statutory regulations - Forecasting &amp; managing cash-flows and arranging working capital - Manage the financial risks, planning towards Fund Management and record-keeping - Participate in preparation of the Annual Plan and Strategic Business Plans that improve the efficiency and long-term profitability of the business and ensure optimum functioning of the departments. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Qualification : Master's degree in finance from Top B Schools - Proven experience in a relevant finance role - Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods - Prefer candidates from Coimbatore Location.
