Roles and Responsibilities - This person will have 7-9 years of hands-on experience in handling end to end recruitment life cycle and team's management with at least 4 to 5 years in purely IT services organizations. - Must have the software, digital, web development teams hiring and Experience with IT teams management in IT organizations. - He / She should have good exposure in managing HR in startup organizations. - He / She should have a demonstrated track record of working with executive teams on capacity planning, recruiting strategy, delivery, and data-driven decision-making. - He / She should understand the IT, technical teams hiring, and the processes and carry a marketing-oriented mindset and sell the company policies to the employees and maintain a healthy & collaborative business culture in the organization. - He / She will be handling the entire recruitment life cycle of the technical teams. - He / She should have ample experience in recruiting inside the web application, software, IT development candidates by working with the marketing and IT managers. - He / She would hire candidates who have been experienced working with startups and small-sized companies with 30 to 80 employee strengths. Technology skills good to have: - Familiar with consumer-facing, front-end technologies (web, mobile web, mobile apps), including CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks. Hands-on development experience with digital media publishing and content management systems, specifically Odoo, python-based websites, content management systems, AEM - Familiar with digital advertising and revenue systems, including header-bidding technologies, DFP, GPT, and native ad serving technologies.
