Teva Pharmaceutical - Content Management Lead - Indirect Procurement

Position Summary:

- The Content Management Team Lead will be responsible for leading the Indirect Procurement Content Management activities and Indirect Content Management team.

- He/She will be responsible to maintain and improve the global standard process and organization for Procurement Master data for Indirect goods/services in order to improve the end-to-end efficiency and effectiveness of the Operational Procurement Process.

- He/she will collaborate with Global Category Leadership and Regional & Local Procurement to ensure that Procurement strategies are connected to and implemented in the Operational Procurement Process.

- The team's activities should lead to compliance with negotiated Supplier Contract conditions and Global Procurement Policy.

- He/She will ensure that the implemented processes and tools are set according to best practice standards and according to a global model, in addition to compliance with external regulations - such as FCPA and SOX - and internal Teva Policies & Procedures.

- The lead will drive change management processes with senior stakeholders within Procurement, Finance and Supply Chain.

- The Lead will directly manage team members in at least two different locations (Croatia and India)

- He/She will provide leadership, motivation, planning, control and measurement for the Indirect Content Management teams.

Travel Requirements: Travel between facilities within North America, IL and European countries. Approximately 5 %.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Ownership and accountability of the Indirect Content Management process for Procurement

The Lead is responsible to ensure that the team performs the following activities:

a. Analytics on Procurement Spend in order to create/update Procurement Master Data

b. Propose and implement Catalogues/ Contracts in the Procurement Systems based on opportunity analysis

c. Establish and maintain Procurement Content such as Contract, Purchase Order Templates

d. Ensure that structural invoice mismatches due to incorrect prices are limited

- He/She is responsible to establish process compliance controls and performance metrics and Service Level Agreements to ensure improved efficiency and effectiveness of the process

- He/She is responsible to drive process improvements and system enhancements

- He/She will lead continuous improvement initiatives

- He/She is responsible to ensure full utilization of Procurement systems- functionalities and capabilities

- He/She is responsible to ensure that an effective and efficient content communication process is established and maintained within Global Procurement

Position Requirements

Education Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Supply Chain or related business area

Education Preferred - MBA preferred

Experience Required:

- At least 5 years of data management & reporting experience (preferably in Procurement) At least 3 years of supervisory experience with a small team (<5)

Communication Skills Required:

- Proficient in English (written & in word), excellent listening skills, concise and persuasive.

Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed:

- 6 Sigma certification preferred

Functional Knowledge:

- Source to Pay processes and tools (incl. Ariba)

- Procurement reporting and analytics.

- Ariba catalogues and eSourcing
