Testing & Commissioning Manager - MEP Projects - FMCG

Our client is a well renowned old player in food production business currently in process of setting up mega plant project in Saudi is looking to hire a Testing and Commissioning Manager The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning & operation of large size MEP projects.

The successful candidate will provide direction and management of all the related issues for testing and commissioning in accordance with contractual obligations. The testing and commissioning manager shall have experience in construction management with the ability to develop, in co-operation with the utility providers, consultants and the contractor, overall procedures with respect to testing of all aspects of the project including.

Provide ongoing assessment of work quality within the procedure laid down along with having the necessary documentation, reports and handover submittals and 0 & M Manuals

Plan and implement the procedure and methodology to carry out and review all Functional performance Tests, Critical Systems checks, and Integrated Systems Tests with staff and recommends way forward to the team.

To prepare any modifications and/or additions to the "Inspection and Test Plan" (ITP's) and reporting documents for Client approval and to implement accordingly.

Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) where written procedures are found not to be implemented. A Corrective Action Report (CAR) shall be taken in order to prevent recurrence.

Conduct Internal Audits on a regular basis in order to ensure that the testing and commissioning plan is being fully implemented, recommend remedial and or risk mitigation measures, if required.

Prepare internal auditing programme including follow-up audits and schedule of audits.

Prepare final audit report when auditing cycle is completed, which consists of non compliance reports, statistics, conclusions and recommendations for management.

Provide on-site quality control inspection staff in order to ensure that work can be implemented on a continuous basis within strict compliance of Clients quality requirements. Maintain testing and commissioning records by system definition for submittal to Client for acceptance and final handover of a quality product.
