Now is the time to join the force. Responsibilities Include : - Identifying new strategic growth avenues and working on new business verticals to diversify our offerings. Ideation and creation of high impact initiatives which have the potential to increase topline or user growth. - Building an agile team for execution of the project, navigating internal & external stakeholders while working in tandem with cross functional teams in product, content &amp; marketing. - Identifying, building, and managing clients/institutions by demonstrating a high level of business acumen and consultative selling with a deep understanding of clients/institutes needs and solution requirements. - Navigate internal &amp; external stakeholders to run the enterprise sales discussions end to end including identifying the right opportunities, framing win-win structures, negotiation, and closure. - Leading end to end projects from acquisition, engagement, conversion to retention of clients / institutes / partners, execute the roadmap, execution plans, and success measurement for various opportunities. Lead the scaling of the project while chasing key performance metrics and managing day-to-day operations of the project . - Development of the offering, leading strategic partnerships wherever necessary, optimising for speeding up the processes. Finding new revenue streams or untapped target audiences within or outside the programs. - Manage end-to-end partner relationships - conversation, pricing strategy, negotiation, contracting, and execution. - Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, if necessary. Functional Competencies: - Experience in leading large impact projects end-to-end - Understanding / experience of B2B sales process, preferably institutes - Customer centricity - Stakeholder management - EdTech or startup experience will be preferred - Community management experience will be preferred - Basic understanding of business - Excellent communication skills Candidate Must Have : - Must have a minimum 3-4 years of work experience in program management - Experience with fast paced aggressive startups preferred . - Positive attitude and proactive work ethic - Organized and strong time management skills - A sense of urgency and persistence - A self-motivator, creative, results-driven, and solution-oriented-
