Job Description: Testbook is looking for Recruitment managers who will work closely with our team heads and recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. To be successful in this role, recruitment managers should have a HR academic/professional background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. RM will be responsible for handling the entire hiring for his/her department. This is a mid-senior leadership role in recruitment with potential to grow into a leadership role. RM will have the reporting of all the recruiters in his/her department.
