Roles & responsibilities :

- Lead marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards

- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and achieve channel (Push Notifications - App & Web, Emails, SMS, WhatsApp) performance objectives.

- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth

- Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software

- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.

- Set strategic brand and product communication direction based on customer and business needs & develop the core positioning and messaging for various use cases .

- Drive business growth and product conversions of the category with strong product, competition and consumer intelligence.

- Manage owned-media content, marketing copy and drive creative direction

Requirements :

- MBA/Graduation from Tier 1 colleges

- 1 to 3 years of marketing management experience with Ecommerce / Edtech organizations/B2C Internet Organizations

- Experience with marketing automation platforms like WebEngage, Clevertap, Marketo is preferred

- Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.

- Highly driven and resourceful candidate (fast-paced start-up experience preferred)

- Excellent data analysis, data interpretation, and first principle problem-solving approach

- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what-it-takes mindset
