Job Description for PR Manager   Testbook is looking for a Public Relations Manager to manage major communications related to its various platforms and initiatives. You will play a key role in developing PR plans and relevant marketing strategies, to communicate key messages, promote products and services, manage the start-up's online and offline reputation.   Job Responsibility :   - Develop marketing communications plan including strategy, goals and budget   - Develop media relations strategy and coordinate regarding all public relations activities   - Seek high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media   - Direct social media team to engage targeted audiences across media platforms   - Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media   - Manage the influx of media inquiries and interview requests   - Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations   - Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a regular basis   - Grab opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an ongoing basis   - Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients/stakeholders and make appropriate recommendations regarding the resultant multi-lateral communication strategy to be implemented on case to case basis.   Requirements:   - Proven 3+ years of working experience in public relations   - Proven track record of designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a regional and national level   - Event planning experience   - Strong connections with both local and national business and industry media outlets   - Past experience of acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews   - Exceptional writing and editing skills   - Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.   - BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline preferred.
