Content Marketing Lead will be responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of the strategy through content deliverable for the business. Responsibilities: - Contribute to designing content marketing strategies and set long/short term goals. - Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets. - Conceive, create and refine compelling content in all formats of media. - Manage the team by setting goals, reviewing performance and ensuring that goals are met - Create and track project plans for execution and ensure successful delivery. - Own up process and quality to standardize the deliverables. - Liaise with Business, Tech, Product and other teams to align on goals and create content to serve our business objectives and targets. - Generate content marketing ideas and back them with regular market research and competitive landscape analysis. Qualifications: - Proven track record in creating and implementing successful content strategies, project and people management. - Hands-on experience in content management - Exceptional communication skills - Must possess strong leadership skills and have a strong management competencies - Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics - Familiarity with web design - Analytical and multitasking skills
