Job Responsibilities :

- Handling and Scaling UPSC Civil Service Vertical at Testbook

- Stakeholder management and discussions with top UPSC faculties, SMEs and Mentors

- Taking data-driven decisions for the growth of the category

- Analyze and research exam patterns, types of questions, and difficulty levels to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in the UPSC exam

- Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and improve

- Collaborate with key stakeholders - marketing teams, Tech/Product team, operation team, etc.

What we are looking for :

- Must have appeared for UPSC CSE Interview or qualified UPSC Mains at least twice.

- Having 4+ years of experience in content management or a similar lead role

- Team Handling experience of 20+ members

- Govt exam experience will be a plus point

- Good managerial skills and problem-solving skills

- Graduation from T1/T2 colleges will be preferred.

- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment

- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

- Good communication, and adaptability to AI and G Suite.
