Test Process Consultants (Exp: 10+ years)

Work Location after Office resumes would be Hyderabad

Area of Expertise in:

- Consultative background in Process (CMMI, TMMI) working with/for end customers

- Delivery and Test Experience

- Defined & Implemented test processes/TCOE

Detailed JD for a quick perusal:

- Must have 10-12+ years of relevant experience in QA / Test process consulting and also in program / project management Understand how all elements of the system software ecosystem work together and develop QA approaches that fit the overall strategy

- Expert in Defining and implementing test processes

- Experience in establishing and implementation of TCoE (Test Center of Excellence) and governance

- Experience in providing recommendations to the client on test process, testing tools, infrastructure, test data management, environment management, release management, automation and non-functional testing

- Design Test Process Lifecycle Roadmap and define foundational test artifacts & processes including Test Strategy, Traceability, Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Management and Reporting

- Assess the technical skillset of the client QA organization

- Provide recommendations on analysis and develop implementation roadmap with short/medium/long term goals

- Influence clients and stakeholders at all levels in solution selling.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, quick learner, Proactive with ability to solve challenging technical problems, good debugging capabilities.
