JOB TITLE: CLIENT: Urgent requirement for Success Factors Test Lead for Pune location MNC Permanent position.

Work location: Pune

Experience: 8-12 Years

Mandatory skills/Job Description:

Key responsibilities

1. The candidate will lead the Success Factor test team to support the implementation of SF Learning Management System

2. Work with Project and Business team to ensure an effective Testing approach for implementation.

3. Responsible to develop & maintain functional, regression & integration Test cases.

4. Lead Test Automation initiative

5. Maintain test repositories on test management & releases management tools like HP-ALM & VSTS.

6. Lead a team of 5 to 8 testing associates and manage the Test requirements Review and evaluate testing done by partner/business teams.

7. Participate in scrum ceremonies and represent TCoE for test advise, test execution and expert comments.

8. Responsible for Test Reporting to stakeholders

9. Responsible for developing and executing formal Test Strategy to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.

10. Deliver quality process training to technical staff and act as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners.

11. Perform quality audits across the various IT applications to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed

12. Provide inputs to the team in order to improve the testing process

Qualifications and Requirements

- Knowledge of Success Factor LMS module

- At least 2 SF LMS implementation experience in the past

- Business processes knowledge pertaining to the Learning Management System.

- Exposure to key LMS Processes like Class Management, Feedback, Learning Plan, Notifications, Catalog, Competency Management etc.

- Must have worked in Agile/Scrum model.

- Knowledge on HP-ALM & VSTS tools.

- Hands-on experience in Test Analysis, Estimations, Test Designing, Test Execution & Reporting.

- Basic SAP HR knowledge will be added advantage.

- Exposure to Test Automation using UFT

Essential qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

- 8 to 12 years of Test experience working in IT enterprises or IT Shared Service Centres

- Strong knowledge of Test methodology and tools (HP ALM preferred)

- Experience of working on Success Factor application in LMS - Training, Certification

- SAP Integration with legacy application Testing exposure
