Test Architect

- Total of 9 to 11 years of experience in Software QA and as a Senior Developer in Test with proven track record for working in Enterprise Software Product companies.

- Must have at least 5 years as of Team Lead experience and have worked in an agile environment.

- Expert in Business and Web Application testing and requirement decomposition.

- Experience in designing and developing automation test frameworks using Selenium web drive is a must , QTP experience is a plus.

- Proficiency in at least one scripting language is a must. Shell, Perl or python.

- Proficiency in working on Linux and windows platforms is a must.

- Demonstrated experience in performance testing. Should be proficient in using Jmeter and load runner and system instrumentation on application server, db servers and java profiling using tools such as Hyperic, yourkit or jprofiler.

- Knowledge in Web Services Testing is a must.

- Very strong experience with SQL relational databases with the ability to create SQL queries from scratch.

- Must excel in planning and prioritization skills while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision.

- Strong experience in leading teams in creating high level test plans, detailed test cases, documenting defects, gathering defect metrics and reporting test results.

- Excellent communication skills and strong problem solving abilities.

- Agile/XP SDLC experience is required.

- Experience in working with BI and Data Warehousing applications would be a big advantage.

- Experience with working in the retail domain would be an plus.

- Experience or exposure to Mobility solution testing methods and techniques would be a added bonus.

- A “can-do” attitude through personal initiative is a must.
