TESCO - Team Lead - Financial Reporting

Amazing opportunity with the leading retail company with the finance team.

Looking for TL who can be led by an example. Below are the key/ essential criteria to fulfill the role:

TL spends:

50% of my time producing financial reports

20% of my time supporting ad hoc queries from the Network development operations team

10% of my time spent implementing process improvements

20% of my time supporting trouble shooting and network development ad-hoc projects

Key Deliverables

Weekly reporting for Depot Opening & Closures

Completion of monthly governance packs

Capital Management and Reporting

Category spend analysis

PO monitoring

Quarterly Store Format Reporting

Updating format models and change reporting

First point of contact for ad hoc queries and general financial processes

Necessary:

CA, CA – Inter, ICWA, MBA with Commerce background Strong MS Excel skills (should be able to deal with large data, design complex layouts, and use other logical functions, etc) Should be proficient with MS office applications (specifically Excel)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent Analytical / comprehension skills

Preferred:

MS Access skills - should be able to create tables, and query. Understand join types and design reports. (Atleast understand what a Macro can deliver)
