Job Objective

- Responsible for executing/mentoring Analytic's (optimization) projects across CoE

Job Summary

- Publish Excel based cost Reports for a regular period and Maintain Cost Database

- Track Construction Development program and come up with improvement action • Development of automation tool through Excel and VBA, using Analytical Platforms (SAS,R) which simplify the publication of existing reports

- Support in the continuous improvement over the existing process and improve the productivity for the organization

- Develop productive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the business (UK and HSC), influencing, challenging and gaining commitment to make changes that are right for stores and customers.

- Work Experience SAS and Statistical Analytics Tool.

Essential Criteria

- Educational Qualification: PhD in Statistics or M.sc in Statistics

- Have 7-12 years of experience in consulting or project experience in statistical modelling& Optimization

- Thorough knowledge in statistics, Operations Research and optimization algorithms

- Must be an expert in the following statistical analysis packages: SAS or SPSS and R

- Preferably from a Performance Improvement/Analytics / Modelling background

- Expertise in data mining tools

- Experience in text analytics and recommendation algorithms will an added advantage

- Retail Analytics experience would be a plus
