TESCO - Senior Manager - Finance - CA/ICWA

We are looking to hire Senior Manager - Finance in our International Finance Team

The Finance team in Tesco HSC :

- We are the centre of excellence for the business in terms of accounting best practice

- We add value by becoming the Process Experts

- We provide reporting & analytics to the Retail Finance Teams

This role mainly requires performing risk based process reviews to strengthen financial control for CEE & US business units while liaising with multiple stakeholders across different teams & location.

The individual will be part of the Leadership team responsible for managing finance functions for six markets spanning work responsibilities across operations, people, stakeholder management and general administration.

It is a great opportunity for someone to drive the controls agenda for Tesco's International business by multiple means i.e., process reviews, continuous monitoring, running the quality control, balance sheet analysis and governance etc.

We are looking for highly driven individuals who can manage end- to- end deliverables as agreed with stakeholders.

Candidate Requirement :

- C.A / ICWA qualified preferred.

Experience in:

- Statutory Auditing, Internal Auditing

- Balance Sheet preparation and governance

- Risk Based Process Reviews, SOX

- Working experience in Shared Service centre/Third party/Internal audit

- Working knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards

- Proficient knowledge of accounting

- Working knowledge of MS Office

- Able to connect / understand the impact of issues on financials

- Retail Industry knowledge (preferable but not mandatory)
