- Think of Induction as a journey and not a 1 or 2 day programme
- Engage new joiners prior to joining
- Have clear learning objectives for the sessions

- Keep Induction content up to date
- Evaluation of new Induction programme
- Thinking about how a new or improved induction process could benefit Tesco HSC
- Interacting with LST to find out what is the current objective of Induction
- As per the objectives and needs prepare a Induction agenda with the "Must Be" sessions
- Plan a 30-60-90 day plan for new joiners to make Induction a journey and not a day programme
- Evaluate the best way to engage with new joiners prior to the joining date
- Prepare the RACI chart for the complete Induction programme
- Once approved set up the meeting with Induction stakeholders to present the plan
- Promote New Induction programe and roll it out
- Create a survey for 30 - 60 -90 day Induction plan
