Reporting to the Head of Online Operations, the incumbent in this role is expected to:
- Lead the Online and Store Checkout Fraud prevention teams in analytical (diagnostic & reactive) operational and procedural initiatives from an end to end perspective.
- Be involved in the employee development, performance management, training and mentoring of all employees in the team.
- Ensure delivery quality and manage stakeholder expectations on a day to day basis.
Broadly the teams that report into this role are:
- Online & Store analytics teams that are responsible for identifying patterns and coming up with recommendations to improve the Fraud rules engine.
- Online & Store Manual investigations team that are involved in decision making with respect to the potential fraud orders identified by the rules engine.
- Chargeback and reporting teams that measure the quantum of Fraud prevented / let through along with the Financial Loss/ Gain to the business.
Key Requirements for this role are:
- Postgraduate (MBA/ Statistics/Maths)
- Experience of atleast 6+ years in Analytics preferably in the credit risk/ Fraud areas.
- Should have managed a team for atleast 4+ years.
- Proficient in Excel/SQL.
- Knowledge/Experience in online retail would be a plus.
Bangalore based candidates preferred.
