We are looking for an Agile Web Analyst to join our HSC Analytics and Optimisation team.

The Role

Reporting to the HSC Web Analytics and Optimisation Manager, your work will be to use web analytics and multichannel sales data to increase our understanding of the customer, their value and their journeys to create growth and inform product innovation. We are looking for a data-driven individual with excellent analytical skills and web analytics experience who has a passion for making analytics have real world impacts.

Key responsibilities

Perform Agile analytics using tools such as Site Catalyst and Data Workbench to build customer-centric analysis that help understand customer behaviour and make product offering recommendations

Analyse the user journeys, website features and content and provide recommendations to the teams.

Report on current product performance and provide insight that can inform the proposition of new products or enhancements to existing products

Proactively report on key trends and variations in business metrics

Answer ad-hoc analytic questions, contribute to decision-making through opportunity sizing, and train colleagues to self-serve standard reports leveraging Excel and Tableau

Collaborate both internally and externally to ensure reporting solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet the expectations of our colleagues.

Candidate profile

Essential

Strong retail experience in online/multichannel environments

Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines

Data-driven with strong analytical and problem solving skills; able to structure approaches, identify root causes and translate data into actionable insights

Deep knowledge of Adobe Site Catalyst, Data Workbench and Ad-hoc
