MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should have 2 years experience in Institutional Sales/ B2B (business to business), HORECA (Hotel Restaurants/ Institutional Caterers)/ Vending Machine around 2 years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Good communication skill. (Profile of business being B2B, a very good command on English is must.
Computer Skills. (Business requires proposal making & lot of data analysis hence a good knowledge of MS Office ''Word, PP & Advance Excel'' is must.)
Growing Business
1. Responsible for business development with existing customers and potential customers through cold calling and follow up to achieve the sales target and increase the market share.
2. Making accurate cost calculations, providing customers with quotations and closing sales.
Service Mindset
3. To ensure service standards are maintained by the distributor on the guidelines established by the company. Monitoring the turnaround time for complaint resolution and frequency of preventive maintenance
4. Relationship Building
5. To engage with client on a periodical basis and to respond to queries OTIF.
6. Leadership
7. Resolve issues at RS Point. 2. Maintain a good working relationship with the RS.
8. Infrastructure Development
9. Developing infrastructure at RS point by implementing the processes at the exisiting RS.
10. Market Intelligence- Competition Information
11. To acquire in dept knowledge on competition activities and pricing of products.
12. Willing to relocate anywhere in the West.
