Vikreyta is a web retail platform for small and medium traditional retailers to sell their inventory online, in a simple and hassle free manner.
Vikreyta was launched in February 2012 after 20 months of iterations and challenges, from the city of Pune and is currently in the process of scaling up infrastructure and team.
Founders of Vikreyta have a cumulative work experience of more than 24 years in senior level positions in Sales and Distribution, Operations, Entrepreneurship and Finance.

Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume (50+) of outbound sales calls and visits to local merchants daily.
- Manage your own leads and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Educate the merchants and retailers on how using Vikreyta can change their business and increase revenues.
- Make local merchants more successful with delivering them a hassle free and simple web retailing experience.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have a proven sales track record,demonstrated organizational and leadership skills, as well as:
- Strong communication skills in local language as well as English.
- Proven track record of success in previous roles.
- Adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
Bonus Points:
- The individual will be one of our first Territory Managers and this is a huge opportunity to ultimately build the Pune sales team and join a very rewarding sales program from the beginning.
The individual will have the opportunity to increase his/her base salary every six months.
