Key Skills : Channel Sales JOB Responsibility: -&nbsp;Communicating and managing targets allocated to dealership - Dealer Interface / Visits/ MIS - Check and maintain adequate manpower - Check and maintain solicitation as per defined process (Monthly Audit) - Customer interface for MIBPL and for claim related issues - 64VB pendency check and premium collection issues - Relationship with local offices of Insurance cos. - Training of new manpower - Monitoring business share at dealership / city / region - Implementation of Head office initiatives - Interact and coordinate with dealers to control and monitoring - Monitor and keep track of competition pertaining to Auto Insurance business. - Co-ordinate Field marking activities of dealers, marketing / advertisement spends of dealers - way to distribute commission to dealers - Monitoring &amp; ensuring the service level for claim settlement Education Qualification:Regular MBA - Desired 60% marks throughout education. Salary offered: 8 - 17 LPA
