Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets of new members and / or partners
- Achieving target of active transecting members
- Achieving overall member targets month on month
- Achieving GMV monthly targets
- Managing promotion activities on a daily basis at Company's Partner stores and nearby areas for member acquisition.
- Generating leads, funnel & tracking, on board and closing partners
- Providing daily updates that reflects the activities required to achieve sales objectives
- Achievement of daily new member or partner targets as well as points targets through promoters.
- Building channel-based sales and promotions
- Managing relationships and executing projects through our partners
- Coordinating and executing promotional and event activities
- Provide insights on to how to improve company business.
Preferred Skills & Traits:
- 4+ years of relevant as a Territory Manager or above preferably from LIC, FMCG or eCommerce with significant sales and marketing experience in Mumbai.
- Experience in understanding the business concept & winning customer against the concept and close the sales
- Experience of carrying out promotional activities successfully
- Experience launching and selling a new product in the market
- Willingness to travel
