- Monitoring sales daily by supporting DBSRs in achieving their targets by dividing them into daily, weekly, monthly and as well as beat wise, key outlet wise targets.

- Ensuring efficient and financially strong distributors were in place, who could provide required infrastructure, adhere to stocking norms and meet all other company requirements.

- Also making sure that my distributors transferred adequate funds and met primary sales targets on daily basis and completing weekly phasing.

- Optimizing number of productive shops and full range selling to key outlets. Monitoring the key distribution parameters on daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure achievement of monthly targets.

- Prioritising the daily focus sku's in terms of value, volume and Eco

- Team building activities with sales & delivery team.

Salary range: 8 - 15 LPA
