Primary Job Function :
- Driving sales growth in the assigned territory by following sales processes and executing the sales objectives in market place every day.
Core Job Responsibilities :
- Primary and Secondary sales target achievement
- Regularly visiting the market and ensuring visible availability of our brands
- Ensuring all processes & SOPs are followed without any exceptions as per company policy.
- Motivating & driving the team of ISRs to achieve business objectives.
Position Accountability / Scope : Sales & Execution responsibility of assigned geography.
Internal : sales team at HO, marketing and other backend & support teams in HO.
External : Distributors and other related or defined customers.
Minimum Education :
- Graduate (MBA will be an added advantage)
- Minimum Experience/Training Required
- 2 years in Sales (FMCG/OTC preferably)
