Job Description:

We're looking for a results-driven, highly motivated and well-spoken Sales Manager to actively seek out and engage with our customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every school in order to boost top-line revenue growth, school acquisition and engagement levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Present, promote, and sell BE English blended solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective schools, winning key stakeholders not limited to the school principals and teachers

2. Build and Maintain a healthy database of schools, and learners

3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

4. Set exemplary standards in meeting sales ensuring that high standards are met in delivery and service for BE school solutions

5. Support sales & marketing initiatives for the assigned locations as and when required

6. Reach out and Product Presentation to schools through visits, reach out through professional networking, cold-calling, and customer relationship management techniques

7. Gain expertise in the School Onboarding and training process.

8. Coordinate and Manage the School Onboarding operation

9. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

10. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

11. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

12. Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports

13. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

14. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

15. Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Operations / MBA Preferred

2. Experience in B2B marketing in EdTech industry

3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office

4. Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively with sales management, sales representatives, marketing managers and other cross-functional teams

5. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

6. Highly motivated and target driven

7. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

8. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

9. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

10. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
