Job Details :
Track competition products, their performance and provide intelligence to counter them
- Drive and establish Solution based selling - sectoral approach, operating economics / BRT elements
- Establishment of new products and achieve the target volumes
- Track Industry trends and developments, relevant inputs to prepare the 5 year product plans, product improvement plans, ensure that CV products superiority is protected in all key segments
- Enhanced Customer loyalty and Increased customer engagement at operator levels and at End Use Industry and Company levels
- Effective use of CRM and analytics to achieve strategic objectives
- Planning and executing all marketing and promotional activities at the Regional level.
- Training of TSMs, Dealer sales team and capability building
