Key responsibilities:
- Build the distribution & dealer network pan India for MMS products
- Identify, engage and manage local/regional system integrator
- Train own sales and channel sales on how to sell the offering
- Plan reach expansion, new cities, new distributor additions
- Manage distributors and retailer's performance including stock planning, rotation, expansion
- Align sales with marketing to actively manage the product portfolio and "Make Market" initiatives
- Keep a close eye on the competition and develop winning sales strategies/tactics
- Recruit and manage high performance sales team
- Deliver revenue, margin and consistent growth
- Monthly Demand planning and implement robust forecasting processes
- Sales discipline, record meetings, sales pipeline, etc
Qualification:
- Electronics, Computer Science or IT engg preferred
- Min 5 years of experience in CCTV distribution sales experience.
- Should have managed distributor and retailer network; Strong connect with local/regional system integrator
- Should have lead team of young, inexperienced front-line sales members.
