- Effectively handling sales and implementing
- Actively involved in Product Communication program for Dealers Sales & Workshop Team
- Keeping track of competitor's activity and meeting urgent vehicle requirement
- Maintaining appropriate warranty decision, failure investigation, training to field staff and focus on improving installation quality- through training & structure evaluation
- Ensuring timely submission of warranty claims & reduce the rejection of warranty claims by providing timely product feedback through VTR for regular product
- Timely update feedback of new, modified, seeding product
- Imparting training to the DLR Executives on Dealer Mechanics/WM/FLA/CRO
- Developing plan and conducting training activities for customers / distributors / dealers / OEMs
- Recommending safety stock /consumables to be stocked by the dealers
