Job Description:
- Sales: as per assigned budget - Primary, Secondary, Tertiary
- Collections: as per company commercial norms
Productivity:
- Team manpower productivity as per preset norms
- In shop promoter's productivity as per metro & non metro pre set slabs.
- Town productivity/dealer productivity as per prescribed norms.
Expansion:
- Expand distribution as per the geographical coverage. Ensure coverage and PJP adherence
- To add dealers in existing towns and add more dealers in new towns as per classification.
- Customer service with support of service team.
- ISP recruitment, training, retraining to enhance productivity.
- Display & merchandise
- Competition information
- Sales Forecasting/ scheme redistribution
- Structured Reporting: Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly.
- Liasoning with other support functions falls in his area of operation.
