Territory / Priority Manager for Education Industry
Experience - Post Graduate in Management (Marketing / Sales / Operations) OR Graduate with relevant experience of 2-4 years in Franchisee Operations/ Key account management / Institutional Sales / Corporate Sales.
Job Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handholding existing franchisees with business strategies, competitive analysis, Marketing acumen and sales training. '
- The role is tasked primarily with managing and maintaining the Preschool franchisees across the territory.
- Drive revenue through YOY enrolment growth & cross-selling of the company's products and services within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
Key Skills:
- Strong written & Verbal communication skills along with proficiency in Excel/ spreadsheets. Managing positive and benefiting relationship with franchisee network.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly KPIs, growth mindset, extremely high level of ownership Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Strong organizational skills with analytical approach
