Education Qualification: CA/CA Inter/CWA, Graduate, MBA Finance
- Fulfill the customer needs with speed & agility using experience as a key differentiator
- Enables achievement of territory business target by under-writing loan proposals with desired level of quality
- Acts as a gate keeper for maintaining underwriting standards while ensuring product and policy norms are met and understood by the team
- Meets customer needs through speedy review of credit requests and investigations ensuring that any file does not cross 7 days from login of file to disbursement
- Ensures an effective credit appraisal process, financial analysis keeping in mind the customer and organizational needs & identifying any probabilities of delinquencies
- Provides exceptional customer service to ensure their smooth onboarding, timely query resolution and constantly strives for improvement of Net Promotor Score
- Plays a crucial role in conducting personal discussions for right customer fit and prudent decisions on loan proposals
- Drive lend to collect through proactive and effective portfolio monitoring.
- Acts as custodian of the portfolio, tracks & maintains overall portfolio quality, manages credit process and proactively monitors customer accounts
- Owns collections for the territory and is responsible for allocation, monitoring and review of delinquent accounts
- Manages post disbursement related documents and ensures adherence to credit compliance, legal and risk frameworks
- Liaisons with and manages legal, collection, FI and RCU vendors
- Manages audit and hind-sighting activities
- Has working knowledge of underwriting and credit decisions for mortgage related products
- Regulatory, legal and compliance knowledge related to the mortgage industry
- Has an analytical bent of mind and understanding of financial ratios & P&L understanding
