Territory Manager
Must Have Experience :
- 8+ Yrs. of experience in Retail industry Operations/ Telecom Sales / FMCG
- Should have worked in Maharashtra/ Mumbai for at least 3 years
- Handled a large Sales/ Operations team and state level operations/ sales
- Has handled various stakeholders like finance, commercial, business development/ Real Estate, Buying and Merchandising, Sales & Marketing
- PG in Retail Management/Operations/ Sales and Marketing from Tier 2/3 institutes
Principal Responsibilities :
1. Deliver new store opening target & chalk out 1-3-5 Yr store expansion plans
2. Deliver NSO sales as per capex nos.
3. Deliver top-line & bottom-line targets for the territory
4. Drive store standards through rigorous SOP audit
5. Collaborate with F&V Category Manager, Sourcing Head, MPR & DC teams to ensure territory fill rate is at desired level
6. Monitor & Improve NPS and provide superior customer experience
7. Monitor & Improve the store overheads and optimize cost
8. Accountable for preventing & driving corrective actions on damage, expiry and shrinkage in the territory
9. Team Management : Coach the territory team & store managers and set them for success
10. Accountable for building a strong store & territory leadership team
Knowledge / Education :
- 8+ Yrs. of experience in Retail industry
- PG in Retail Management/Operations
- Business acumen
