Qualification :

- Post Graduate (ME/MTech/MA/MSc etc)

Job Location: Chennai.

Experience : 15 Years (Insurance)

Salary : 12L To 18L PA

Job Description :

- Will be the In-charge of entire Chennai sales

- Will be the In-charge of an entire territory where we do business

- To recruit Branch Managers and form a team of freelancers under them.

- should monitor/motivate Branch Managers to the organizational Goal, Vision and Mission.

- Enhancing the distribution and availability of products in retail outlets.

- Reporting to senior managers on client needs, service delivery issues, and any competitive threats.

- Achieving targeted territorial growth at a rate and margin consistent with the company's marketing plan.

- Influencing consumer buying habits.

- Successfully introducing new products across a sales territory.

- Attending all relevant trade shows and exhibitions.

- Maintaining a high personal level of product knowledge.
