We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our growing team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing our sales operations within a designated region. You will work closely with our existing clients, build relationships with potential customers, and drive sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the territory.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the territory, using a variety of methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for product development and pricing strategies.

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Ability to travel within the territory as required.
