Upto 50 years, Degree (Preferably from Commerce background) and minimum 18-25 years of relevant Experience. Good computer skill and local language knowledge is essential.
- Creating awareness and establishing Company Brand in the assigned region
- Growth in business volume with quality portfolio.
- Maintain healthy recovery performance.
- Ensure excellent customer services by retail teams .
- Provide an effective leadership to Retail teams in terms of recruitment and retention of the most -eligible staff, ensuring their training, imbibing Company's work culture and enhancing morale of the teams.
- Management, supervision and control of all aspects of business. Ensure compliance of Audits and Statutory Laws/Regulatory Guidelines.
