Position: Territory Manager- Government Business & Retail Institutions

CTC: Up to 15 LPA + Incentives

Experience: 5+ Yrs. in sourcing government business in banking industry

Location: Hyderabad

Education: Graduate/PG

Industry: Banking

Job Role:

1. Territory Manager is expected to manage a team and ensuring that the team is achieving the monthly targets.

2. Acquisition & servicing of Govt. clients in the field of Municipal Corporations, State Governments, Govt. PF Trusts, Embassies, Gram Panchayats, Retail Institutions, Govt. Boards & Development Authorities, Defence, Autonomous Bodies etc.

3. Would be responsible for handling transaction & investment banking business like Payments, Collections, Fixed Deposits, FX, Online Transfers, Online Payment Gateway, Asset business & other banking & financial products to the Govt. clients.

4. Create a rapport with the top management of all the clienteles.

5. Generate leads for other banking products offered by the bank like assets, insurance & TPP etc.

6. Work closely with the Retail Branch for ensuring efficient service to clients.

Preferred Candidate:

- Relevant work experience of 5+ yrs.

- Needs to have very strong Banking knowledge and should be well versed with the products, processes and systems of the bank.

- Needs to be approachable and should have the ability to guide and handle pressure situations.

- Accuracy and analytical ability on MIS.

- Able to manage and drive various Learning events

- Eye for details, Meticulous & Good communication skills.
