A. Key Purpose of the Job
To create Pull for Company Products by end customers & end users
- through extensive contacts,
- timely and effective execution / monitoring of sales & promotional activities
B. Profile of Job Holder
- Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgy) from premier Engineering Institute.
- 4-8 years of experience in aftermarket - managing distribution network and sales through distribution/ dealers/ stockist channel
C. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve business results for allocated Customers, Distributors, Area, Product Line etc. as per the Business Plan & Score card.
- Be the front-line customer contact for both direct customers
- Implement & identity program in line with sales strategy
- Map and update customer database based on size, business parameters, business issues/expectations, growth plans, focus areas, key stakeholders, processes etc.
- Map the business potential & growth opportunities
- Monitor & report market feed-back with respect to industry, competition
- Participate in assessing the prospective/existing of Distributors / Authorized Stockist
- Plan & carry out sales visits for promoting & creating pull for Company Products in the market customer contact
- Plan, participate, monitor, follow-up marketing & other promotional activities as per sales strategy for the allocated customers / area & end customers / users
- Prepare business plan, sales forecast, sales & marketing activity plan, timely execution & effective implementation of the same.
