Candidate must have experience of more than 6 branch handling . Products are CV, CE, Used car, New Car, Tractor. Must have handled sales and collection both.
Territory Profitability :
- Drive Profitability in the territory
- Strategize the business development plan for the month basis review for previous month performance
- Review the branches business performance
- Target setting and review BM performance on timely basis on various performance metrics and provide inputs to enhance the profitability
- Develop the expansion and distribution plan as per the market survey report
- Manage the relationship with critical and large channels in his territory through regular connect which will drive the business volume
Collection Quality :
- Review the performance of branches and ensure timely feedback and guidance
- Meet customers in 61 - 90, high OD POS, high risk customers to understand and plan the collections strategy
- Track early warning signals and keep a tab on any activities which lead to fraud
People Management :
- Mentor and guide the BM, run contests to boost the team morale
- Manage overall attrition, review manpower numbers
- Manage relationship with local authorities to manage adverse situations, if any
- Manage compliance of all branches and ensure adherence of policies and processes
- Ensure best practices are shared and initiated
