Responsibilities:

As an OD professional In TerraPay, your work will include:

- Apply organization development best practices, methodologies, approaches, and assessments to design and facilitate events and activities to help leaders and teams build capacity, capability, agility, and resilience to tackle the toughest talent challenges.

- Research, design, and develop tools and programs to address organization issues and systems to align capability and strategy to help accelerate organization performance.

- Design and implement strategies based on organization assessments that improve organizational structures, clarify roles and responsibilities, enhance business processes, and streamline operations.

- Drive performance improvement initiatives through the implementation of a competency framework & dictionary and 360-degree feedback process.

- Building innovative Talent practices and Talent models for the future that can complement and propel Talent Transformation aligned to the future ways of working.

- Support the development and delivery of OD programs targeting the development of key competencies across the organization that will enable stronger individual and team performance.

- Conduct independent analyses, develop conclusions, recommend actions, draft reports, and execute change management interventions that achieve organizational and team effectiveness.

- Assist with constructing the analytical framework and work steps for the change management process.

- Advise, coach, facilitate, and collaborate with leadership to effect organizational change.

- Establish criteria for evaluating and tracking organization development metrics and lead or assist in special projects or initiatives as needed.

- Develop and integrate related People & Culture programs, policies & processes to support strategic business initiatives.

- Act as a key accelerator in the growth and development of our Diversity, Equity, and inclusion (DE&I) efforts, ensuring a DE&I lens in everyday talent management and practices.

- Contributing to shape the larger Talent Strategy by designing and executing key initiatives across Performance Management, Careers and Org Design

Qualifications:

- An OD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through the extensive experience working as an OD specialist or as an HR generalist with an OD focus.

- MBA from Tier 1 Institute with 3 to 7 years of experience working in multi-national environments with comfort in communicating with leadership, senior executives, and stakeholders for maximum business results.

- Strong conceptual, analytical skills and offer creative solutions.

- Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage time and prioritize to meet deadlines.

- Adept at proactively engaging with stakeholders and other team members in a virtual environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication
