- Develop and execute market access strategies working alongside the various functions of the business

- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial contracts which may include: master service agreements, consultancy contracts, IT agreements, loan agreements, inter-group financing arrangements, licence agreements and supply agreements.

- Drafting and maintain relevant contract templates

- Company law; joint ventures, shareholders' agreements; acquisitions.

- Developing system for Contract Management

- Maintain strong compliance with all relevant internal policies, as well as external regulatory and legal requirements.
