TerraPay - HR Techno-Functional Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Techno-functional to join our dynamic team at TerraPay in Hebbal, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

- HRIS/HRMS Integration : Spearhead seamless integration and implementation, ensuring post-implementation support with process flow mapping on HRMS. Must have experience in one of the following HRMS: SAP HCM, Oracle-Taleo, PeopleSoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, Ariba.

- HRMS Planning & Execution : Lead planning, forecasting, and execution, showcasing technical implementations.

- Analytics : Create custom reports for supporting the business with data driven from HRMS.

- Shared Services : Designing and delivering the HR operating model including the role of Shared Services.

- Business Process Reengineering : Drive process improvements & automations, coordinate with Business Team for enhancements, and conduct pilot tests.

- Project Review & Testing : Collaborate with teams, lead testing efforts, and provide timely issue solutions.

- Technical Support : Provide support on HRMS modules and custom applications.

- Ticket Resolution : Act as a liaison for issue resolution, ensuring timely support with internal and external query on HRMS platform.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Enable effective communication, system integration, and SOP preparation.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years in HR Techno-functional roles with MBA (Preferred)

- Proven expertise in HRIS/HRMS integration, implementation, and support.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and automation of data processing via Macros, SQL etc is a plus.
