Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure daily/monthly reconciliation and settlements for Visa/Mastercard card transactions
- Ensure chargebacks are managed on time
- Ensure timely process of Network settlement and daily reconciliation of various accounts.
- Supervise and manage to reconcile all Internal GLs and settlement accounts with respective payment network schemes
- Ensure all accounts are reconciled daily and all variances are accounted for and reverse within TAT defined by regulators.
- Ensure outgoing files are staged with Network on daily basis
- Manage Card & POS Operation transactions / activities and reconciliation processes effectively to ensure proper settlements & Reconciliation
- Manage UAT, system testing for all enhancements and new systems
- Produce various periodic MIS and Management reporting as required
- Need documentation and organizational skills to keep all records related to a dispute in order
- Must be familiar with both domestic and international rules and regulations related to chargebacks and adhere to those guidelines
- Manage Nostro Account funding
- Manage and resolve customer disputed within TAT
- Authorising Merchant onboarding
- Authorise Merchant payout files post reconciliation
- Handle merchant queries and complaints
- Coordinate with card personalisation vendor for daily card personalisation
- To manage all MISes and share details with senior management on periodic basis
- Manage cards fee charging
