Tepkho - Chief Technology Officer

We are helping to find a CTO for an exciting early stage Tech Startup based in Bangalore. Looking for a young, dynamic, mission driven Technology leader who has experienced scale/ growth journey with internet companies (e.g. Min Series C round & beyond!).

About the company:

Its an early stage startup working towards building a tech platform to revolutionise the way ad is sold and bought in India by using data and technology. They are trying to do something incredibly ambitious and have already gained some significant traction.

What we are looking for:

This role is really for someone who wants to be a technical leader and the join the company at this early stage to gain that experience.

- As a technology leader, you have a unique opportunity to be an advocate for the product and engineering team within the company.

- You will set the agenda for the platform development and build out the team overtime.

- Ability to abstract complex problems and situations and identify what's truly important and actionable.

- You must know how to put challenges in the context of the business success to explain why they are crucial and need solutions.

- To begin with, you must be execution oriented and turn the plan into action.

- Preferably, potential candidates from the top tier engineering colleges in India or candidates with solid and relevant experience.
