The Business/Systems Analyst will perform analysis and business testing for our telecom products. Key Responsibilities 1. Perform detailed business, data, and overall system analysis 2. Perform data analysis of large volumes of data using a variety of tools (e.g. Excel, Access, and Business Objects). Identifying data patterns and data scenarios. 3. Write clear and concise requirements and technical specifications based on analysis 4. Provide creative business solutions working with customers and Product Management team. 5. Clearly and effectively communicate ideas and concepts to technical and business audiences in both written and verbal form 6. Conduct meetings, brainstorming sessions, and solution presentations for small to large audiences 7. Knowledge of the telecommunications network configuration management, planning or optimization is a plus. 8. Participate in troubleshooting system issues 9. Participate in business testing of solutions 10. Demonstrate ability to think out of the box and identify opportunities and recommend solutions Required Experience and Education 1. 10 Plus years doing Business, Systems, and Big Data Analysis 2. 10 Plus years in writing business, functional, technical requirements 3. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics or an Engineering discipline 4. Knowledge and working experience in the telecommunications industry 5. Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills 6. Experience in SQL, and working knowledge of Oracle or other databases 7. Experience in software system development methodologies 8. Must be self-motivated and capable of producing results within an unstructured environment and have the flexibility to respond to changes in priorities.
