TenXLabs - Performance Architect - Testing

- 8+ Years of experience in Performance Testing using Load Runner and JMeter.

- Experience in Dynatrace is Must.

- Must have experience with Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing phases

- Should have prior experience in building Test automation strategy using various tools and technology.

- Should have prior experience in mentoring junior contributors and able to propose solution to day to day technical problems.

- Provide testing and analysis of complex systems to ensure systems are compliant with requirements and can perform well in production.

- Good understanding of business use cases, internal/external performance Benchmarks, debugging performance issues, decision making on issues, technical assistance in performance analysis, and tuning databases and applications stack.

- Ensure execution of Test Plans (Performance Testing) and deliver highest quality software.

- Design and develop performance test plans, test cases based upon requirements.

- Independently develop test scripts using any of the LoadRunner protocols, create test scenarios and execute tests.

- Analyze test results using LoadRunner Analysis and write test reports.

- Expert level understanding of Java, core J2EE components, JVM statistics and JVM tuning on one of the app servers IIS/WebSphere/ WebLogic/ JBoss etc..

- Good understanding of one of the enterprise databases like DB2, Oracle or SQL Server

- Good understanding of one or more operating systems (preferably UNIX, AIX, Linux, windows) and analyze how they contribute to performance.

- Work closely with the development, IT, QM teams to analyze the performance issues, diagnose, debug and resolve issues.

- Must have experience working with JMeter and selenium integration with JMeter.

- Experience working on ITSM products will be a huge plus.

- Good experience working in Virtualization Environment /Cloud, hosted is a huge plus.
