Position: Director - Engineering

Tenoapp.com is looking for a Director - Engineering to drive technology vision, innovation and execution with 10+ years of experience. We are looking for a transformational leader, who is also a tech genius and passionate about web and mobile technologies.

This profile will have complete ownership to deliver high team productivity along with unmatched quality and performance for our web and mobile products.

Required Skills -

- You have at-least 3 to 5 years of experience leading multiple engineering teams in a fast-paced environment and have helped them deliver continuously

- You have experience building multiple teams from ground up, training and guiding them to be highly efficient and productive

- You have excellent communication, analytical, management and team building skills

- Candidates for this profile should have exemplary skills in architecture and design in JAVA and mobile technologies along with AGILE and XP methodologies.

- Technology leadership experience in a start-up (preferably mobile apps or consumer facing products) would be a huge plus.

- Prior experience in managing a team of full stack developers will be a huge plus.

- Excellent team building, mentoring and coaching skills are must-have qualities for this profile.

- Ideally the candidate should have experience in e-commerce, web and mobile products
